Life after an 80% blocked aortic valve with ZERO symptoms.  13 years ago, moments into hernia surgery I hear to surgeon say, 'No Way'.  Then wheeled to a cardiologist who instantly diagnosed a heart murmur (never diagnosed before) as well as Aortic Valve Stenosis.  My blood pressure was 202/154, Three weeks prior to surgery a perfect physical including on target blood pressure.  Two years later was the surgery.  I was standing the next day doing knee lifts.  Four days later, the first time my surgeon had a valve replacement patient depart.  That morning I walked a mile in the hospital with the nurses scolding me to SLOW DOWN.  Home at last (photo shows the moment I got home.  The other photo is 2026).  THERE IS LIFE AFTER HEART SURGERY.  Awareness, including FAMILY HISTORY, and do the right things to keep heart healthy, including fun wrestling and flexing with strong short fun guys.  Stay well gents.
