£10 per person for the day, payable by QR code or Cash upon arrival.
Wrestle as much as you want, as many times as you like.
Disabled access, facilities and free parking.

TRAVEL
TRAIN: We can pick you up from Darlington Station (5 miles).
BUS: There is a direct bus (Hodgsons Travel Number 29) to our centre from Darlington (15 mins).
CAR: Free parking for all drivers, including disabled parking spaces.

ON THE DAY

FOOD
Snacks and drinks are available for a nominal fee of only £1 each, payable by QR Code or Cash.

OPTIONAL MEAL
We will have a discounted social meal after the wrestling. The cost is determined by what you order. All are welcome!

OUR GROUP DRESS CODE
We want you to feel comfortable, so you may wear trackies, shorts or a singlet. You must wear white socks while on the mat.
You may wear a vest, T-shirt or go topless.

A COUPLE OF SAFETY NOTES
1. ALL participants are required to wear white socks on the mats.
2. NO trainers, wrestling boots, footwear, jewellery or clothing with zips or buttons on the mats.

HOW IT WORKS
We are a friendly bunch, ideal for anyone's first group meeting. Beginners and experienced alike, we wrestle together at your pace.
Some months, we have a special novelty guest.
Everyone is super friendly.
Group members can wrestle with each other as much as they like all day, from 11:30 am until 3 pm.
At 3 pm, there will be our traditional red zone group match, the last man standing.
At 3:15 pm, we pack away.

Members are welcome to pay for a special selection of discounted meals for the wrestling club at the pub next door at 3:30 pm.

This is an ideal fun day and a chance to catch up or meet new people. The Yorkshire Dales Wrestle Group meets on the first Saturday of every month and is open to everyone of any age or ability. If it's your first time, pop along to our safe and friendly environment, as beginners are welcome.

TRAINS - We can collect from Darlington Station.
BUS: A bus stop outside our centre, or we can pick up from Scotch Corner.
CAR: Free Parking for Drivers.

Still Nervous?
We are such a friendly group. Why not pop along and watch, enjoy the fun. You can watch; you don't have to wrestle or stay if you feel it's not for you.
