Always had a fantasy fight dream in mind. Me and another guy in a fight with the ultimate stakes, a gallows set up. Loser is cuffed and immediately faces the noose, with the winner opening the trapdoor. Have thought about many versions of this, from guillotine to axe and head on a block, to being strapped in an electric chair.
Am I too kinky or have any other guys ever dreamed about this scenario?

Just curious what gear or clothing are the fighter wearing. Is the defeated stripped before execution?
