I'd be interested in running wrestling coaching classes there if the owner can allow that. Is it a residential area or an industrial area? If residential, then voices carrying can cause issues with neighbours, but if industrial, then that is a lot easier.

Classes that, depending on interest, I was thinking of would be...

1 - An introduction to the TEN most popular BRIT-PRO wrestling Holds, Moves, Throws, Strikes.

2 - The Nelson Holds series which would look at doing the Nelsons, Countering the Nelsons, then what to do when you fuck-up the Nelson that keeps a bout going.

3 - Chokes and Strangles Counters.

If the owner could let me know what the booking costs would be and the maximum number of participants? Also, is it a ring or a matted space? I want to clarify that the training would be FREE (I'm fairly well-off and don't need money), but, obviously, the booking costs would be shared.

Absolutely it’s available for coaching and small group sessions. It’s a good matted area, not a ring, there are additional crash mats if needed. Let me DM if up the contact details of the owner and you can make contact. It’s at the rear of a residential property but separate from it in a brick outhouse, noise doesn’t carry and no neighbours close by to worry about.

There's a new matted gym room in SE London, 5 mins from Mottingham Station. In a standalone building behind a house, available for individual hire, has good mats and is enough for 2/4/6 maybe. Has a shower, toilet, a great space. The owner was on here, sound guy.
