Watch fighters 2 factor authorization Nightmare

I have tried to get into my Watchfighters account but cant get in. I gave them my e-mail but i cant seem to get messages off watchfighters from them. Dont know what to do.

I'm here from MeetFighters Support. We can't help you directly with WatchFighters matters directly, but here's some info that might help.

Unfortunately any site handling funds attracts criminals trying to steal your hard earned money. Passwords are a line of defense, but the sad reality of 2026 is that a lot of people re-use passwords between websites, and it is enough for one of these sites to be compromised for all your accounts to become accessible to criminals. Two-factor authentication is a layer of security that protects your account and our site from these people.

We are not the bad guys. Our friends and colleagues at WatchFighters didn't introduce mandatory two-factor authentication to annoy you or to make your life difficult. They did so to counter a real and present threat.

On a personal note

I probably shouldn't be writing this, but it's a weekend and I'm tired.

You received a message three weeks ago, asking nicely to set up TFA and explaining all the nitty details. Now you use strong words like "hostage" and "nightmare", but the truth is that you just ignored an important message. You are one of a small number of holdouts, most channels understood what we are trying to do for them and cooperated. That is on you, and as an adult, you should take a small amount of responsibility for your part in your current predicament. Sadly some people have been conditioned by previous experiences to huff and puff at any inconvenience, whether external or self-inflicted, and support is trained to just roll with it, because it is the path of least resistance.

Please be better. We are doing our best to help.

I just reread your personal note. So as a customer who failed to respond to one message weeks ago during a difficult time in my life I should never be able to recover the products I purchase? I have left messages with watchfighter support and the issue remains unresolved but of course I deserve it because I didn't respond in time. got it.

Please be better? I spend hundreds of dollars as a customer and you tell me to be better? Give me a break, basic customer service knows transitions have hick ups and provide decent support without insulting customers.

Totally agree, I worked my way through eventually. But when I contacted support here they just sent me the same instructions there and said "This is MeetFighters support, we can't help you with WatchFighters matters directly."
So how the hell do you get support there when you can't log in?... no need for this sort of security of that site regardless.
Complain to support here they will eventually do something about this massive system failure!

Watch fighters has instituted a 2 factor authorization that is not working and there are no ways to contact help. I downloaded the app they require and It tells me the password is wrong although it is linked through meetfighters. I give them the code and use my meetfighters password but it tells me it is wrong with no option to change or update. My videos are being held hostage.

Any suggestions appreciated.
