Well guess now is as good a time as any been playing saxophone since middle school and got a degree in music last year so I would definitely say I’m a wrestling musician

Wow! Pretty cool! There are a number of musicians on this site. I have a Masters Degree in Organ Performance.... OK, let the jokes roll! I've heard them all.... thought about creating the T-shirt! There are also a number of organist and pianist in here with music degrees..... There for a while, I seem to meet my fair share of attorneys! Interesting!

i do play a bit of piano, so we're most of the way to having some kind of sort of combo thingie. i try to sing also, and in fact some years ago there was a guy on this site from ohio who also sang barbershop, if you know what that is. don't think he's on here anymore–haven't seen him for some time.

Very nice! I actually didn’t learn tuba until grad school so I’m not THAT good, but i manage to do some parade gigs so i’m also not terrible.

And over the years I have noticed, musicians that also wrestle sort of seem to be into the same things! :-)

One of my colleagues, trains in jujutsu. During my interview for my current position, while I was between pieces on stage giving a recital, one of the committee members brought up that he also did jujutsu like I was doing at time. This colleague that I was performing with turned to me and said that rolling with him was also going to be part of the interview process!

We all got a good laugh out of it!

But he and I have worked out together and we always have a good workout. He is more advanced than I am, and a very patient teacher.
