Mouthguard and only three other things: mma gloves or small mma gloves, balls protector, mma trunks or underwear or briefs.
Do not hit the spine or neck and behind the head. Do not bite, do not put fingers, grab hair and headbutts. Low blows only with hands and feet.
All other blows are ok (kicks, punches, knees, shoulder, elbows).
If one is on the ground and the others are standing, you can hit where there is muscle.
There are 5 minute rounds. There can be also submission that ends the round before the 5 minutes (a penalty is paid within a list). Ko ends the round as well: you wait and then fight again. The fight ends with the surrender of one of the two parties.
