I guess the main question is why you want them to be used. I can't speak for France, but in the US you can find a decent pair at most general sporting goods stores for maybe $30 (US). Possibly less during a sale. (I am assuming you are looking for inexpensive training gloves instead of high quality pro fight gloves).
If the idea is that you are looking for them to be cheaper, if something less expensive requires international shipping it might end up costing the same or more anyway. Plus used may have their own problems. Maybe an unpleasant smell, some will tear at the seams over time, or if they are older, in humid climates or not stored well the leather material may become brittle and cracked or flake off.
Unless you some other reasoning not mentioned just getting new ones might be your best bet.
