BJJ is more anaerobic than aerobic. Your exhaustion is likely due to working too hard too often, not due to a lack of cardiovascular conditioning. Keep on training and improve your skill - you’ll become more efficient and suddenly your cardio issues will disappear.

Absolutely. I'm trying to think of exercises to speed up the process. :)
I remember what I used to be able to do in my prime and I want to get as close to that as possible as quickly as possible.
