Tried my first class back and it was great. Definitely need to work on my stamina.

Any tips for solo drills or exerciseto boost stamina?

BJJ is more anaerobic than aerobic. Your exhaustion is likely due to working too hard too often, not due to a lack of cardiovascular conditioning. Keep on training and improve your skill - you’ll become more efficient and suddenly your cardio issues will disappear.

Absolutely. I'm trying to think of exercises to speed up the process. :)

I remember what I used to be able to do in my prime and I want to get as close to that as possible as quickly as possible.

Hey guys. Any tips for a guy in his 40s wanting to start bjj again. Did it for close to ten years and then stopped.
