Grappling with Disability

Hello Fellow Wrestlers,

Would someone explain to me the exact meaning of the term "Promission Style Wrestling" to a newbie like me? I keep running into it but don't understand what it means exactly.

I assume it is something opposite of Submission Style Wrestling, correct? But what is that?

Please advise.

It is a mix of pro wrestling and submission grappling.

Promission wrestling is a form of wrestling where professional wrestling-style holds and moves are used to wear your opponent down for an actual pin or submission
