My friend who visits me often, always blindfolds me for the final 50 punches or so. And he doesn't let up. In fact, some of his best punches are while I am blindfolded!

Oh definitely yes. I know the site is MeetFighters but I'm not much of a fighter really, I'm a subby masochist who likes to take a beating. So being defenceless, my choice limited to take the pain or quit, is very hot. I don't think I've taken gut punches blindfolded yet, I've been tied to a chair and punched and that was very fun. I'd love to try being tied in a backbend, like over a cable reel or something, stretching out my belly, and perhaps pulling my head back so even without a blindfold I can't see the blows hitting my belly.

I love those kinds of sessions hands above my head nice and tight and blindfolded is the best.

Yes I do I love to be surprised when a fists 👊 sinks deep into my lower gut and BELLYBUTTON leaving me vulnerable and helpless.

I'd love, in particular in a setting similar to what Glaslyn described above: Tied and prepped in a way the belly is brought forward wide open, defenceless and particularely prone to take it pitiless.

Blindfolded may be possible, but a big turn on for my sadist side would be to let a receiver see it beforehand—forced to come to terms with the menace and arising fear of its impact without escape or delay. Nothing waits for you and you already observe the hits rushing, see them dashing and sinking brutally into your delivered belly... you scream in pain, ruthlessly badgered and in terror of more... as already next blows rush, leaving you no rest. :-)

I'd also use elbows and knees, feet and probably even some implement, like a heavy whip or something diy like a 4-7 cm solid rubber ball on a chain...

You don't need to. Blindfolding is still an option. What I wanted to show is, while blindfolding may have it's own appeal, but not blindfolding does have it either, particularly if you dish out to the front side.
You also don't need to wonder too much about if you could resist to it. Chances are low we ever meet in person. And, if so, in general I stay relatively soft or require a beforehand procedure to assess safety measurements, personal boundaries and maybe disabilities beyond needs and wishes.
Also visible consent is a big turn on for me. Somenone who wants me to inflict hardship on them has to beg for and offer their body. Also they need to be ready to go through the negotiation procedure first.
