I agree with Juggernaut, I like both, depending on opponent. I like to box as well so if boxing is most likely stay in gloves, if more wrestling then it’s the bare fists, of a combination of the two.

Rule #1: consider your audience.
Otherwise, I'd use boxing gloves if its a boxing focused video. If its for sports, competition, or conditioning, I'd go without them.

Being primal is what does it for me. Therefore, no gloves. Besides, I love that impact sound where bare knuckles contact the abdominal. 🤛🏽
