Nice bellies. I had an encounter about six weeks ago that left me more bruised than you guys. He kept punching in the front middle from the navel up to about six inches above the navel. I'd say he delivered about 200 punches. He was wearing a leather jacket and underwear. I was only wearing underwear . The bruises were pretty bad and took about three weeks to heal.
This Is my body afther a hard session of gp. Receive punch, kick, knee AND the other guy, He climbed up and crushed me with his two feet.
I receive a good damage but i like ir.
