I have sanely and safely body boxed with guys from 135 lbs to 384lbs and we are friends today.. Many of the guys we did light head shots, but not all. We wore large gloves for safety and most we had stakes.. I consider nearly everyone I ever boxed to be a close trusted friend . Before moving to Florida 20 yrs ago I sparred with 30+ guys. Some guys many times we met up. I am a diabetic and currently under control. I have had all my Covid shots.. It is a new year and this old timer is coming back to take on those willing and able to have some FUN workouts and build friendships....
I need to ask we wrestle and box with care do to the fact I had Hip replacement; broke my neck; and had minor surgery on my right knee....
