58 Contact sports fan to include grapple/funfight/wrestle/sparring

Have followed boxing for many years and have had some boxing experience in my time and back in my 20's had the fortune to match up against a couple of guys outside a ring for casual more scrappy play.

I'm getting more in to wrestling and curious about the different variances in the sport and holds, combined with the kit. I'd love to try a number of moves and welcome any training/introduction to holds and fights.

I respond well to guys as long as he's wearing shorts under their trackies lol but the general sporty look works for me.

Looking for more wrestling/coaching/spar/exercise bud and contacts this year. Cardiff
