I was here during the pandemic for about a year. To get my diabetus under control they put me on Monjero And i lost 40 lbs. Sounds great right.? not for me. I lost fat and muscle mass and felt like crap and my self esteem and desire to wrestle went south. I am now trying to regain the muscle mass and rejoined here. Any tips from any of you would be appreciated. Greco Roman Wrestling is my style.Yea im an old guy so keep that in mind.
