Hey guys, I am new and curious about wrestling. I have never done contact sports or wrestled in the past but I want to try. I don't have a particular style or interest, but would like to get started. Maybe someone can show me the ropes.

I'm interested in wrestling because it's extremely athletic and I'm really bored of working out by myself. I also don't want to commit to a class due to scheduling and cost.
