Wrestled aggressively a ton between 25 and 45 years old. Then injuries/surgeries slowed me down. Hoping to get back into wrestling at a less intense pace. Always enjoyed the challenge of trying to make a dude tap out. I know that will likely be me now but would still enjoy the workout and competition.
