Had an account here years ago but lost access. I did jiu-jitsu for a couple of years, don't remember any of it. If you have a recommendations for kickboxing, boxing, bjj gyms in BCN, let me know.
Right now my goal is to build body awareness and coordination. I want to avoid high-impact moves like throws, and instead I want to learn body control, balance, feel the moves, holds. Once I'm more confident, it can get tougher. Bonus points if you’re into chokeholds.
