November 2025 update. I'm now mainly recovered from a shoulder and neck issue and now back into my fitness regime.
I train daily for tone and flexibility rather than strength and I'm still 11 stone with flat abs and no body fat.
I prefer wrestling older guys especially those who like to dominate. Gentle only, no rough stuff.All boundaries agreed and respected and both parties must enjoy. I am open minded but please note I am not looking for penetrative sex, punching or choke holds.
I am clean, punctual, reliable and expect the same. I really value my regular wrestling friends.
