I own a private wrestling studio in upstate/central New York that is home to the Male Bikini Wrestling League. The MBWL is a recreational wrestling club focusing on friendly competition for fun and exercise. The club welcomes anyone interested in wrestling with us or watching us compete. We offer private lessons for beginners, private matches in a closed studio, and also live shows for small private audiences.

The club is unique in that it caters solely to micro swimwear enthusiasts, providing them a unique and nonjudgmental venue where wrestlers agree to compete while wearing nothing but a jockstrap or a Speedo, thong, or g-string bikini.

Our club is strictly a folkstyle wrestling club, which is just the technical term for high-school / college style wrestling. Think back to your youth – gym class, intramurals, maybe wrestling team, just friendly competition for bragging rights with your buddies. If you miss those days you can bring them back again here with us. We do not do MMA, bjj, submission grappling, pro style or anything sexual, just safe and sane pin-to-win amateur wrestling for fun and exercise.

All our events are held in a private wrestling room, assuring privacy and discretion for everyone attending. We wrestle on a genuine 12 x 15 Resilite mat with room for up to 8 mat side seats for those events where we allow spectators.

If you’ve never wrestled before, private lessons are available. Learn the scoring and rules that we follow, as well as basic moves from takedowns to pinning combinations that will have you ready for your first match against another newcomer.

If you are a private person, private matches are available where the studio is closed and the only ones in attendance are you, your opponent and the referee.

For the ultimate adrenaline rush, however, we offer MBWL Showcase events where we bring in a small audience of up to 8 people and also hire a beautiful bikini clad trophy girl to raise each winner’s hand in victory after each match. Wrestling in front of spectators takes the excitement to a whole new level; just imagine pinning your opponent directly in front of an appreciative mat side audience, and then having your hand raised in victory by a beautiful lady. You can make that happen here with us.

We are a co-ed club, and females are welcome at all our events.

We are located just outside the beautiful Finger Lakes region of upstate New York; a world class tourist destination known for its breath taking scenery and world class wineries. Anyone outside the region wishing to attend an event could easily do so as part of a long weekend or vacation destination and take in the beautiful sights and attractions the area has to offer.
