I own a private wrestling studio in upstate/central New York that is home to the Male Bikini Wrestling League. The MBWL is a recreational wrestling club focusing on friendly competition for fun and exercise. The club welcomes anyone interested in wrestling with us or watching us compete. We offer lessons for beginners, private matches in a closed studio, and also live shows for small private audiences.

As the name implies, the club is unique in that it caters solely to micro swimwear enthusiasts, providing them a unique and one-of-a kind opportunity to compete at a venue where all wrestlers agree to wrestle while wearing nothing but a jockstrap or a Speedo, thong, or g-string bikini.

Our club is strictly an amateur style pin-to-win wrestling club, like what you may have enjoyed when you were a kid. Think back to your youth – gym class, intramurals, maybe wrestling team, just friendly competition for bragging rights with your buddies. If you miss those days you can bring them back again here with us. . We do not do MMA, bjj, submission grappling, pro style or anything sexual, just safe and sane amateur wrestling for fun and exercise.

All our events are held in a private wrestling room, assuring privacy and discretion for everyone attending. We wrestle on a genuine 12 x 15 Resilite mat with room for up to 8 mat side seats for those events where we allow spectators.

We are a co-ed club, and females are welcome at all our events.

GROUP LESSONS
Think of it as wrestling practice for adults; designed for total newcomers who are unfamiliar with amateur wrestling and would like to learn the basic fundamentals. Learn the scoring and point system that the club uses and the rules that we follow. Practice and learn basic wrestling moves from takedowns to pinning combinations in a relaxed and noncompetitive environment. Also perfect training for anyone willing to referee for us. Groups up to four people.

PRIVATE LESSONS
If you’ve never wrestled before, private lessons are also available. Learn the scoring and rules that we follow, as well as basic moves from takedowns to pinning combinations that will have you ready for your first match against another newcomer.

PRIVATE MATCHES
If you are a private person, private matches are available where the studio is closed and the only ones in attendance are you, your opponent and the referee.

MBWL SHOWCASE EVENTS
For the ultimate adrenaline rush we offer MBWL Showcase events where we bring in a small audience of up to 8 people and also hire a beautiful bikini clad trophy girl to raise each winner’s hand in victory after each match. Wrestling in front of spectators in only a thong bikini takes the excitement to a whole new level; just imagine pinning your opponent directly in front of an appreciative mat side audience, and then having your hand raised in victory by a beautiful lady. You can make that happen here with us.

SPECTATORS
The crown jewel of amateur wrestling is the pin, the ultimate victory. Every wrestler wants to score one and every spectator wants to watch one. Our rules and scoring place a great emphasis on pins, and rewards the wrestlers who have become efficient pinners. Additionally, MBWL pins are long and slow; providing the utmost viewing pleasure for the spectators watching the pin while enhancing the winner’s thrill of victory and maximizing the embarrassment and humiliation for the wrestler who got pinned.

VOLUNTEERS
We use referees, scorekeepers, and timers for all our events, and we welcome anyone willing to help out. We keep things very simple and provide training where necessary.

We are located just outside the beautiful Finger Lakes region of upstate New York; a world class tourist destination known for its breath taking scenery and world class wineries. Anyone outside the region wishing to attend an event could easily do so as part of a long weekend or vacation destination and take in the beautiful sights and attractions the area has to offer.
