Howdy I am in recovery from stage 3 cancer. My latest MRI shows great progress. It is very possible I could be back in the ring before the Spring of 2027. I am doing massive cardio for now and got cleared to lift 25lb dumbbells and hit the bag 30 minutes a day for 30 days to see how my body responds to this. I am very excited about the chance to get back to fighting. I knew I missed it but did not realise how much.
