Wrestling is my most favorite full body exercise.
I really enjoy the sense of male fighting, driven by testosterone. I prefer competitive, hard, and tough style, fighting.... till completely exhausted.
I had a few classes in BJJ and no gi before Pandimic COVID-19, just white belt .
Try to be safe and sane, avoid major injures.
