Like scientific real hold wrestling having each other put in combo wrestling holds in order to control the other. I am disease free, my opponent must also be disease free. Just got into timed rounds. I find that it brings more suspense on who would be pinned or be submitted for that round. Next round tends to be even more exciting and so on........, but will wrestle without timed rounds too! Would welcome those in their 60s to 70s to meet and exchange holds. I’m what you would call a bit of an advanced beginner knowing an array of holds both sub and pro. Just became a fan of Britpro.
