Hi guys

It's time to update this. I'm not as young as I was so guessing it's time to slow things down a bit. Still happy with competative matches with guys of similar height and weight but more subs with (or without) the odd body shot rather than intense scrappy fights. Happy too with a steady grapple. I've boxed before and enjoy a sparring session with gloves. Also happy to mix it up with stand up and ground work .Certainly nothing insane, and always fun and respectful.

Based in North of England but travel a bit yorkshire, East Midlands and London now and again. Able to host at times and can travel - happy to fight outside so long as its private

Easy on gear but preference for boxers or shorts.
