Have mats and always up for a good match. If words/phrases like primal, man to man and "alpha dad" press your buttons, then you'll like wrestling me.....regardless of intensity or skill level.
I get most younger guys are leery about meeting a guy who's 60, that's fine. I was your age once too, I get it. Therefore, it's rare I initiate with younger guys but if you want to wrestle, I'll take you on. For other "mature men" who still have that itch to lock up and are in reasonable shape, let's go.
I work out regularly and post an updated pic every February, so you see what I look like now.
Usually wrestle guys between 160-200# to keep things safe and fun for both of us. No punching/kicking. I'm about 50 miles south of Cleveland. I DON'T do cyber.
It's important to note, I can adjust wrestling style and intensity based on what my opponent is into.
