Working out 2.0
Hello everyone! I’m back with a new blog!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, so I’ll start off with this: I feel like I don’t love the gym. Don’t get me wrong, I still go to the gym when I can (even if it fluctuates between 2 days a week to 3 days a week), but I feel sorta dumb? It’s weird. Everyone says the gym is a judgment free zone, but I still feel like I’m being judged somehow or someway. I’m aware it’s normal, and I’m trying hard not to feel that way. Besides that, ive started to see little progress. My arms feel more firm, and my weight has kind of decreased (even if I’m still eating the same stuff from before I went to the gym).
Safe to say I’m kind of proud of myself to go to the gym. Now, my call to action for this blog: I need some advice on how to properly use weights, and how I get max results from lifting. I feel like I’m not doing enough for actual muscle growth, as for my goal is to have big muscles where I can show off at the beach. I’m trying out a push, pull, legs routine, and I need help with finding the correct weight, and what I should use for my goals
P.S. my main goal is to grow my chest and arms. If you have some questions go ahead and DM me or ask in the comments and I’ll get to you as soon as

For me, here's what that looks like:
What you do in the gym is important, but it's only a small piece of everything else you want to work on.

As for growing chest and arms: good plan–those are important wrestling weapons. I like to do 4 or more sets of each exercise, taking each set to failure (can't do another rep), and get the form correct. Good luck. Post your results here.
