Handicap Pro Wrestling Match – 3 vs 1 Lucha Libre Initiation

As I’ve already mentioned, my first day in Mexico was full of matches and recordings that left me excited to keep going the next day. However, this day, unlike the first one, was much more challenging. Not only was I stepping into a wrestling ring, but I also had the exhausting task of filming more than five videos.

I had definitely been nervous about this day for months, ever since I contacted Danny Rush to find an ideal filming setup where we could work as a group. He was the one who took the initiative to find a professional wrestling ring so we could all meet—him, Dexter Glitch, Donovan, and me—on a weekday. I also loved that they suggested filming during the week, which as an organizer I find amazing, and I truly appreciate it.

My nerves weren’t just about how excited I was to step into a ring and wrestle with Mexican wrestlers who share the same passion for wrestling as I do. I was also nervous about putting on a good show. I’ve been learning pro wrestling for about three months to build a basic foundation and a repertoire of moves, but a lot of what happens in a gym depends on communication and improvisation during the time we’re in the ring.

When we arrived, I first met Danny, who welcomed me, and little by little we all gathered and got to the place—a gym with a wrestling ring inside, very much in the Mexican style, which instantly set the mood for what was coming. From our earlier conversations, I had been worried they might be far more experienced and that I wouldn’t be at their level with only a few months in the ring. But after a bit of practice, we realized we were ready. They also had some wrestling background, but they made it clear I was at a good level and could even show them a few tricks.

So we went to the locker room to get ready for our show. The Full match video is on WF page: The Initiation – 3 vs 1 (novatada)" style="font-size: 1rem;">The Initiation – 3 vs 1 (novatada)

“Novatada,” as they call it in Spanish, is the initiation or hazing of a new member. Danny, Donovan, and Dexter are in the ring talking while I’m with my new pro wrestling gear, posing in the mirror and warming up a bit while recording some content for my Instagram stories. Then they call me over to introduce the team. I enter with my signature jump over the top rope and greet each of them.

That’s when Danny tells me we’re about to go through a “novatada.” I ask what that means, imagining something like a welcome or a light initiation, but before I can even question it properly, Danny pushes me straight into the corner.

Dexter is already there waiting and immediately traps me in a full nelson. I try to react, but I’m already being controlled. Donovan, with that confident and challenging attitude I had noticed from the start, tells Danny to throw him at me. He charges and drives his shoulder straight into my abdomen, making me gasp in pain. Then Danny asks for his turn, and just like that, they start taking turns throwing themselves at me while I’m trapped.

They keep playing with me like that until they finally let me drop to the mat. But there’s no time to recover. Danny immediately locks me into a camel clutch and signals Donovan to join in. Donovan grabs my legs, lifting them into a figure four lockwhile I’m still trapped. Suddenly, I’m stuck in a painful combination of both holds, my body stretched in opposite directions.

I barely manage to recover before they move on again. Danny pulls my arms back, stretching my shoulders with his legs pressing against me, while Dexter grabs my legs and forces them apart, putting pressure in a way that makes every movement hurt. I can’t even tell what’s coming next—I just feel the constant pressure, the control, and the pain building up.

Every time I try to get back up, I’m stopped. Thrown into the corner, dropped back to the mat, lifted and suspended, hit again before I can even breathe. They move me from one side of the ring to the other, each of them taking turns to keep me under control, not giving me a single real chance to recover.

At that point, I realize this isn’t just a welcome. This is a full test of endurance… and I’m right in the middle of it. 🔥

at some point, I find myself flat on my back again, still trying to recover, but they trap me against the ropes in the corner. My leg is pressed against them while Donovan holds my arms, and they start targeting my limbs, hitting and wearing me down until I can barely react.

They give me just enough time to get back up, but it doesn’t matter. Donovan is already on me again, taking advantage of my condition and locking my arm, leaving me exposed for Danny to step in and land a hard chop across my back. The sound echoes through the ring, and I can feel the impact instantly.

They keep rotating. Donovan controls me again, then Dexter takes his turn, and just when I think I might get a break, they set me up once more. My arm is positioned, held in place, and Donovan strikes it, forcing me to drop and roll on the mat while I groan, hitting the canvas with my foot in frustration.

Then comes another hold—something I don’t even fully understand in the moment. Danny pulls my arm behind my back, pressing his knee into me to stretch it further. In front of me, Dexter grabs my leg and forces it into position, stretching me even more, while Donovan comes in from above, pulling me in and adding even more pressure.

They keep telling me to submit, to give up, but I refuse. I’m not going to make it that easy for them.

Even when Danny tries to pull off my mask in that position, I manage to hold on. I turn over, protecting it, but that only leaves me open again. Danny locks my legs into a figure-four while Dexter traps my neck between his thighs, and suddenly I’m completely stuck.

My back is fully exposed, and that’s when Donovan takes advantage, driving his knee into me. Even Danny reacts to the impact—it was that strong—and I feel it immediately, the pain spreading through my body.

They keep going. My body is lifted and slammed back down multiple times, my resistance slowly fading with each impact.

And just when I think it can’t get worse, they find new ways to keep pushing me further… 🔥

They pull me up by my gear, exposing me before throwing me hard into the corner. Dexter steps in and starts stomping me, going for the count, but I keep resisting. I’m not going to let them win that easily.

Then I’m grabbed and lifted into a kind of suplex, crashing down on my back. Before I can even process it, Dexter and Danny try to pin me again, but I still manage to kick out. They’re trying to finish this quickly… but I refuse to give in.

That’s when Dexter locks me into a bear hug. I try to endure the pressure, but then the three of them close in, pressing their bodies against mine, turning it into a triple bear hug that squeezes the air out of me. They release me just to send me running into the corner again, and I drop to the mat. Another count—another escape, though I’m already running out of energy.

Danny grabs my legs and drives his knee into me, twice, making me jump from the pain. As I try to recover, I’m immediately trapped again, my body still reacting to the impact when Dexter locks in a Boston crab. Danny asks if I give up, but when I refuse, they only push harder. There’s no pause, no mercy. Donovan launches himself from the ropes, driving his elbow into my abdomen while I’m still trapped.

Everything starts to blend together—holds, strikes, pressure from every direction. My body is stretched, controlled, and constantly targeted. They grab me again, one holding my arms while the others take my legs, pulling me into a star-like position, leaving me completely exposed. From there, they turn me into a punching bag, striking my body while I’m held in place.

I manage to throw a few kicks, trying to create distance, but it’s not enough. I’m sent back to the corner once more, trapped again, this time with all three attacking at once. There’s nowhere to go, no way out, just wave after wave of punishment.

By the time they finally give me a moment to breathe, my body is completely worn down just over the Donovan Body and pack. I try to recover, but I know it’s not going to be enough… 🔥

They throw me back to the center of the ring like I’m nothing, holding me in place while Danny mocks me and they start pulling off my mask. I try to cover my face, but it’s useless. They play with it, showing it off while I’m left completely exposed, vulnerable, and still being punished.

They enjoy stretching me in every way possible—arms, legs, face up, face down—pulling me apart while I try to resist. I don’t give up, but now everything shows on my face. The pain is real, visible. My body reacts to every strike, every kick to my abdomen, every moment where I’m left twisting on the mat. You can even hear it… the way I shout, the way the impact takes over my balls completely.

At that point, there’s only one thing left. Donovan and Danny lock me into a dragon sleeper, and I try to hold on as long as I can. But while I’m trapped, Dexter keeps striking me again and again, breaking whatever resistance I have left. The pressure builds until I can’t take it anymore… everything goes dark.

I collapse onto the mat, knocked out, as they take turns posing over me and making the count. I can’t even believe how far they pushed my balls in this match. If this is what they call an initiation, then next time… I’m coming back for all three of them.

Because this isn’t over. Not for me. 🔥
