Finally Getting It?

I’ve been hitting the mats for some years now and the guys I’ve wrestled have been great. I think I’ve missed an element over all these years and that’s the element of FUN. Was it nerves, took myself too serious, or thought it was about winning/losing too much? I hope to have a few 3-5 matches over the next 3 months and this day forward “fun” will be my primary goal. Thoughts?

While fun can be serious business, I think it more common to say that fun is just fun and what most wrestling is about.

I agree with you now more than ever. So now I want to spend more time communicating about the holds and moves and more

Not sure what kind of matches you've been having if you are looking back at them this critically. But congratulations on moving forward with a new perspective.

I think I was focusing too much on winning and losing instead of having as much fun as possible because my opportunities are few and far between. Thanks man

Age sometimes takes care of the winning/losing thing. It morphs more in friendship, companionship and the physically nature of wrestling. That might be described as fun.
