Back and biceps day at the gym, I usually go at about 2.00pm the lunchtime rush is over and the afternoon rush is yet to start so I can get on with my workout 💪
TranslateAll the usual faces and a guy I'd not seen before an old bloke in a ancient well worn Adidas tracksuit, looked at least 70 with grey thinning hair and a scruffy looking grey beard I didn't give him a great deal of attention he was using the white integral weight machines in the centre of the gym.
I was doing my usual thing of checking the other members out between sets when I noticed the old guy on the thigh extension machine, what really caught my attention was he was using the full stack and they were quality reps he was obviously strong as fuck 💪 he'd definitely got my full attention and he was clearly using the machines to do a full body workout maxing the stacks on every machine I was hoping he'd take his tracksuit top off so I could get a look at his body but no luck and since I'd done training my back I finished my water heading out of the gym and into the covered carpark.
My Fiat 595 Abarth was parked between a Transit Van and an old Land-rover Discovery as I went to open the door there was a voice behind me "what's your game mate" I turned to see it was the old guy in the tracksuit looking really angry, "what do you mean" I replied "you've been eying me up" he said "Im sorry I was just impressed by the amount of weight you were using" "Oh you think just because I'm old I'm weak!"
Before I could say another thing the tracksuit top was off "I've more muscle than you, you big puff" he said flexing his biceps and going into a well rehearsed posing routine, his ripped hirsute body looked fantastic, yeah he was probably in his 70's but any 20+ guy would have killed for his physique, "you look fucking awesome" I said " I don't suppose you fancy coming back to mine for a longer posing session" "fuck off" came the reply although he gave me a smile and a wink as he said it. 😉

Yes, that was a week ago, he's called Franc we're nearly on speaking terms.

Plenty of respect coming your way bearcub because I definitely wouldn't say no to a private posing session with you either and a lot more besides, you look great 😉
