Yes, there several individuals, but the "Perfect" one (or as close as I have come) I met him on Globalfight when I lived in Cleveland as did he. He was a bit taller than me and heavier too (but not a great deal) and he really knew how to trash talk. I enjoyed making him eat his words and something else too after I had gotten him subdued. We battled three times and every time was explosive and very hot. He moved to meetfighters as most did from GlobalFight. Alas, he seems to have taken a powder and I have not seen him online in months. We came close to connecting here in Colmbus but has not happened yet. I hope it does.
All the time but there's a vagueness to that. I mean, if you have a very narrow view of what is truly perfect then it's going to be hard to come by. It really depends on the objective of the roll because not all rolls serve the same purpose. There have been people I have rolled competitively who were a lot of fun, there have been people I have played the heel for that have been great matches, there are people I learned a lot from, there are those I've taught, and occasionally I've had people who have been great for letting me just be a jobber for once. For me my interests are so vast that I don't think anyone could or should check every box but I have definitely had people who I will always be excited to roll with again, who I would want to be local and form a club with.
Yes, but distance has made it unlikely that we'll meet anytime soon. We share very similar interests and even when chatting, it's like we have the exact same idea of what we want from a match. The fun ones are always far away 😔

We had one great (if short) match in January of 2020, just before the COVID lockdown happened. Then of course no one was meeting for a long time, and during that period he unfortunately moved away, to Texas. I got the impression it was due to COVID. Since then, he's dropped off of MF altogether.
He was the last match I had, and I'm so grateful we taped it so I don't forget the details. But I often wonder what would have happened if COVID hadn't struck. He might not have moved, and I might still be wrestling.
I’ve had a few people come close to 10/10. I think the only downside was them being too far away to be a regular opponent, or in one case…. In a long-term relationship with someone else.
But quite a few people on here have approached perfection. I think the vibe and shared kinks (and sexual energy ) are the biggest thing. Someone that gets you all worked up, but you’re not afraid of breaking if you get a little too rough with them…. And vice versa. 😎
I'm thinking about that question always when I'm reading it.
In my opinion for me is the really important thing that we have a good time and good fight together.
I think I don't need the perfect opponent just a guy where I can have a good time with him.
And thankfully it was happening with my 50 past opponent and probably some more there not any more on meetfighters.
My ideal opponent:
1. Lives very close to me.
2. Also becomes a regular friend.
3. Is a nudist / wrestles naked.
4. Shares my kinks for (for example) naked after-match forfeits.
No, haven't gotten such a match yet (if you don't count my SO).
I'd agree with George1985 about an ideal opponent who lives close by and becomes a good friend. Several of my past opponents fill the bill for me on those 2 counts. If they like gear that's great and if it comes off during the match, even better.
I suppose the answer would be "travelling hopefully". Over the years have yet a number of guys from here, who I have got on well with as far as wrestling is concerned. Distance is often a major factor.

The second was a younger guy. Fit. Really into gut punching. He got sour when it became clear we couldn’t be a couple.
The third was a younger guy, into bodybuilding. He chose to be a prostitute and we had to call it quits.
