So, sizing is manufacturer specific and they usually have the size charts on their sites. I would recommend going up a size on the Asian brands like Asics and Adidas (Adidas tend to be long in the body though). Most I've seen go off weight and for US brands like Matman I would think a M would fit you well. For old school nylon singlets it's better to error on the side of too large as they are less forgiving. Sublimated brands like Matman (not referring to their classic lineup), Rudis, and Takedown tend to use stiffer lycra that can be less forgiving as well whereas XPAGear and Sublimation Kings are more forgiving. For the low cuts, Matman has a couple in their freestyle range. I also recommend Cliff Keen though I haven't seen anything sublimated from them and I feel like I've only seen folkstyle singlets (high cut).
