Wrestled all afternoon with this strong and wily cub. Great, down-to-earth guy who was game to switch from sub wrestling, to working on technique, to promission. Had tons of fun and can't wait to get back on the mats with this one.

As Paul says, we spent a few hours together on mats made available by someone we both know, we were grateful for that kindness. Not quite all the time we spent together was wrestling but we certainly had some fun one way and another. Paul is stronger and heavier than me as well as more experienced at wrestling so naturally he won nearly all the submissions, I did get a couple from him with armlocks but he was probably giving me chances to make that possible. Paul did take care to wrestle safely and release me promptly when I tapped which is so important. Also he managed the arrangements to meet up efficiently so I can definitely recommend.

It was a nice fight, but too short. Hope i see you again.

Surprisingly strong and this guy can really take a lot! Very quick and determined to win during the fight. With some more training he might soon become unbeatable. Looking forward to another sparring together.

Nice dude. Tall, lean and strong, and he's got some good moves! Especially his killer body scissors.

I had the pleasure of meeting this great guy for a match yesterday. I was very impressed with his strength and skill. We wrestled in his hotel room so space was limited but we were still competitive and aggressive with each other and built up a good sweat. I hope we get another chance at each other and word of warning be aware of his explosive power. He's just getting back in the game but he's a force that will give anyone a great challenge.
