Andy is a great guy, very welcoming on my visit to Manchester, and a tough fighter. He's younger and heavier than me so I had a hard time with him on the mats.

Greekfighter and I have been planning our showdown match for years – two driven alpha studs who like grappling with body punches and naked male aggression poured out during the sweat of the match. GF is truly a Greek warrior – strong, skilled, fast and driven to win. He gained his fair share of submissions, but the Champ gained a few more! :-) Off the mat, he is one of the most handsome, charming and conversational men I have met on MF, discussing everything from the politics of Greece and America, to the most important relationships in our lives. I am happy to call this Greek warrior a friend, and I am excited to do battle with him again in the near future.

I'm really glad to have finally met this big fella, when I paid a visit to Northampton.

Walrus is renowned for his body splashes, and he didn't disappoint on this occasion. To say that he is strong would be an understatement, but at the same time, he's respectful of his opponents and their limitations.

Ian is a truly likeable lad and if you haven't met up, then you will be in for a treat. His profile clearly shows his size, so don't go all soft and run away screaming when you see him. You have been warned.

Update - February 11 2017

I once again met up with Ian for what can only be described as round two.

Having woken this morning for my back to tell me me that I'd been run over by a steamroller, I did begin to wonder if I'd made the right decision.

Ah well, you only live once, and so Ian and I got together for a few hours. He is still totally and 100% a truly likeable lad, who I now consider a part of my Meetfighter friends, and I got well and truly squashed, belly flopped, sat on and immobilised. That said, this a a bear and that's what bears do. I'm happy to do it again anytime and will go out of my way to meet Ian again in the future.

Such a fun guy to be around with! Great strength and a really good wrestler!

I met Dean on a visit to Fort Lauderdale 2 years ago - we had a sweaty wrestle indoors then a fun wrestle in his swimming pool while a storm was breaking. We had a good time - safe sane guy who was very hospitable and drove me back to my hotel. I would recommend Dean to anyone visiting the area.

Après quelques temps et pas mal d'adversaires sur le site, je pense que j'avais une certaine routine tout en ayant chaque fois une grande joie dans la lutte à chaque fois;
Lutteur-Pa m'a montré aussi mes limites, mes manques et ouvert d'autres portes, d'autres choses à travailler. Il m'a surclassé allègrement mais a été aussi un pédagogue hors pair et assez expressif. Il a montré là aussi sa profonde passion et connaissance de la lutte.
Ce type m'a vraiment surpris, déconcerté à différents niveaux, une grande découverte, il a la lutte dans le sang et ses gênes.
J'espère progresser et le rencontrer à nouveau.

I very much recommend Dean. He was one of the first guys I wrestled and gave me a good lesson in humility - and I mean that in a positive way. You start out wrestling a few guys and you think you handle yourself pretty well considering your novice standing. Then you go up against someone like Dean and you learn quickly just how much about wrestling you don't know. (I felt the same way in law school - you think you know a lot about the law when you start law school, but soon learn that there is so much more to learn.) He gladly gave instruction and let me practice on him; gave me tips on training. He was a true inspiration! When we wrestled again a few years later, I provided better opposition to him (and I appreciated his compliments about it), but the results were the same. lol Dean is a truly great guy and fun to wrestle - you always learn something!

After several years (4+) of chatting back and forth, Navyguy and I found ourselves in the same place at the same time. We set up a time for our very long overdue fight. We tangled for "HOURS"! I can honestly say that I haven't had this much fun, OR, felt this much pain (the good kind) in a long while. Navyguy and I went back and forth, he submitting me and me submitting him. The score is even and we need a repeat to determine the true winner of this contest. He's a nice guy, professional, knows his way around the mat and put me in some holds that the hulk wouldn't be able to get out of. A true pleasure to meet and I'm so glad that this finally happened. Navyguy---you're on notice....I'm coming to get you to claim my title! :)

Tio muy majo, legal, educado y con el que ademas de luchar se puede hablar tranquilamente.
Respecto a la lucha, muy, muy fuerte, pero se pone al nivel de los que tenemos menos fuerza y experiencia.
