I wrestled him a long time ago when he was leaner and easily submitted.in a cramped NYC hotel room. But I can see he has bulked up now. I would love to take him on again to see if he will submit just as easily as before. :)

Was a very nice experience to meet him. Had spoken very often before and he is just like i expected and more. He is very muscular and has good resistance against many holds. He is very nice and kind and was fun to wrestle him and lift him in the air. Really hope for a rematch soon that will last long.

I wouldn't judge this book by its cover. Schabernacken is stronger than I would have predicted from looking at his pics. His legs, especially so. He doesn't like to submit, so if you're like me, and like to hear a submission or feel a tap, you'll have to up the amount of force you apply for this one. Schabernacken took anything I came at him with, and resisted each time. He is a very tough man, and a fun match. He's an excellent communicator, reliable, and arranging the match was no problem. Off the mats, he's a friendly, interesting guy to chat with, and a generous host. Thanks for the great evening of mat fun. See you on the mats wherever our paths may cross next.

Night Stranger knows what's he's doing. He is a mean heel and an excellent jobber. Sells it better than most. He's a great guy off the mats too. He is the best at back and forth and a good time all around. Don't miss him.

Steve is fast, incredibly strong and has good technique skills - in submission style, but turns out to be even more dangerous when it comes to punching and kicking. Always safe and sane, it was fun to roll with him. Off the mats an easy guy to chat with, arranging the match was no problem at all. Highly recommended in all aspects.
