I've wrestled Keith a couple of times before he moved to DC. He's load of fun to wrestle and a super nice guy!

I met Denverwrestler at wrestlefest 2014. I remember him as a great guy that is responsible on the mats and makes it fun. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good opponent.

Very skilled grappler, very nice soft-spoken guy, 100% reliable. We've wrestled many times in the past and I always had a very positive experience. We were able to meet again on my current trip to DC, and his skill level is amazing – his years of BJJ training have certainly paid off. But he wrestles for fun, doesn't have anything to prove, and he's very good at adapting his style and intensity to suit his opponent's experience and interest. Highly recommended!

Fun guy to wrestle – strong legs, nice hairy pecs, gives as good as he gets, knows plenty of holds, easy-going, and reliable. I had a very good time wrestling him and would certainly do so again.

Fun opponent! Even though we had to go light due to previous matches we still got in a good round of wrestling. Respectful, handsome and all around great guy. Careful with this one, once he catches your weak spot he'll exploit it and use it to his advantage.

I was a bit apprehensive at first having little to no experience in boxing but I was so glad I accepted the challenge. Great boxer and friendly guy who's willing to set the pace and energy at your comfort level. I learned a ton from him and later used it to box other opponents. Those few moments I actually did land the combos that knocked him down felt incredible though he always sought his revenge and took me down in a matter of seconds.
