Had the pleasure to meet this guy on one of his trips to the UK. Great guy and a good strong wrestle. Catch up with him if your in his area.

I METT LOMANDIAD 42L FOR THE SECOND TIME TO DAY AND AS BEFOR, I FOUND HEM FRIENDLY NOT ONLY TO WRESTLE WITH BUT ALL SO TO HAVE A PINT WITH, I THEREFORE WOULD RECOMMEND END THIS LAD TO ANY BODY WHO WOULD LIKE TO MEET HEM.

We have been friends for years,and have wrestled many times, very strong fit guy, it's a fun wrestle with me as he's so much stronger, but always safe and sane, I would recommend him to anyone big or small who wants a real challenge! cheers mate, till the next time.

We finally were able to get together after talking about it for a while, and it was well worth the wait. Don't let his age fool you, he doesn't look it and doesn't wrestle like it. Great host and man, and I had fun with him on and off the mat. I highly recommend him and I am going to wrestle him any chance I can!

just got destroyed by Big Beef 8 and I'm sore as hell but it was AWESOME and I would do it over again in a sec. He is def a heel and knows how to work a jobber over. Yet off the mat one of the nicest guys I've met.

Great guy to wrestle. Tough and sweaty fight. Super nice and handsome man. Don't let him distract you ;) 100% recommended... definitely want a rematch: Watch out sfrookie, I'm going to get you next time!

Grinder hasn't had the chance to meet a lot of guys and he managed to scare himself by reading all of my 80 plus recommendations. I don't think he read the ones I wrote or he would have sent himself to sleep.
Always wary of meeting people who need to be a bit discreet and don't like giving out phone numbers, he turned out to be 100 percent reliable, turned up on time, came half way to meet me, him from the land of the white teeth and blonde hair (essex) and me from the land of fish and chips and a big windmill (lowestoft) and we collided in Ipswich which is not a bad venue for a wrestle at all.
I must apologise because although I made noises about taking it easy with a relative newbie, it had been a month since my last wrestle and I may have been, how shall we put it, a little hungry for a wrestle. So although Grinder is no push over I may have slightly put him through the mincer but I think he enjoyed some of it.
Very nice guy, top notch nips and furry bod and laughed at my jokes, what more could I ask for after such a long break. he even bought me a G&T before we started which to me is a virtual marriage proposal.
But seriously, well worth a meet, not nearly as inexperienced as he makes out and makes fantastic noises (ok I am weird I like noises almost as much as nipples) so give him a go, he is great fun.

Super rencontre avec le lutteur aux 300 combats, qui m'a offert un festival de prises originales et redoutables ! J'ai du mal à croire qu'il a baissé sa garde par inadvertance, en me demandant vraiment s'il ne s'est pas plutôt laissé soumettre une petite fois. Une canaille donc, très aguerri et à l'écoute de l'autre, qui manie autant la pédagogie que le vice... avec générosité, sympathie et en toute confiance ! Vivement la prochaine fois, avec un peu plus de temps devant nous !

ce gars-là est à rencontrer ! Il est nettement plus musclé en vrai qu'en photo, et vous étonnera par des biceps galbés, et des cuisses ultra puissantes ! un régal... Il lutte plus souvent en libre, mais après une brève initiation au grappling, il s'est vite révélé un solide gars avec qui on prend plaisir à lutter, et qui a du répondant... On a sué, muscle à muscle, en des assauts épuisants, et joyeux, que du bon ! Ces ciseaux vont en faire abandonner plus d'un je pense... sinon, hors tatamis, un mec ponctuel, poli, souriant... c'est un guerrier dans l'âme, sans doute un dominant comme on dit ! un grand merci à Manu, pour m'avoir fait rencontrer ce Jow, que je conseille à tous mes potos !

What a perfect jobber : very muscular, strong, resistant with a great attitude in a Heel/Jobber match! Very nice out of the match! For sure, very recommended!
