Yes, a great encounter with this reliable kick-boxer. His expertise leads our sessions so informative with techniques, tactics, and strategy. While our two day spar progressed always safe and sane, encouraging were his cogent practices: precise punches, genuine sidekicks blasting my gut off, etc.

Had a very useful holds trading session and tutorial with Karl1955 when he kindly joined the beginners' class at the International Wrestlers' Camp in Lindow (Mark) to help out with the coaching. He eventually got it through my tiny brain that if he didn't rely on his 105 kg to get a takedown and a pin, it would be sensible for little me to also try good technique rather than brute force to achieve my bout objectives. And all explained clearly in excellent English, with never a murmur about my laziness in having learnt no German. A calm, patient and skilled man, a delight to wrestle, he is very highly recommended and I hope to meet him on the mats again soon.
