Great to meet this guy on a trip south. He's a strong guy and uses his weight well - he's straight in on the offensive after each break and presents quite a force. Having missed him on a previous trip south I pleased we could meet this time as we've chatted for ages. It was worth the wait! A great match with subs either way - a strong guy who could pull a good, tight grip at just the right time. Those gym hours are working well! As we tired we exchanged some move tips and so ended a well fought couple of hours of lively but safe and sane action.
But the night was young and hunger and acute thirst needed attention so a very enjoyable curry and few beers followed. Great company away from the mats to round off a most enjoyable meet.
