Recommendations

On my last night in Krakow, I smashed into a Polish Tank of a man named Bartek. If you read others' recommendations of me, many opponents have said how strong I am. But there is strong, and then there is Bartek Strong - he is at least an order of magnitude stronger than me.

Although he says he has no BJJ training, which is astonishing, he knows how to inflict pain on his opponent to his advantage. Very few opponents literally wear me out, and he did. then we chilled and had some fun back and forth rolling around, and then some great conversation about camping in the Balkan countries, travel, and wrestling.

I'm so glad he was able to meet for a match on the last night before his last day of work before summer holidays. He was easy to communicate with and super easy to schedule with even on such short notice. I hope to get a rematch with him someday, and definitely recommend a match with him if you get the chance.. I'd love to see someone of similar size with advanced BJJ skills take him on :-)

Had a fantastic heel/jobber match with Anr! We were switching roles, I had super much fun seeing his moves and how cocky he got when he’s dominating a jobber, my abs will be sore for days and he has MEAN leg scissors 🥵

My favorite part was how good he takes a beating as a jobber. I had an absolute blast squashing his body and showing what I got 💪 he’s extremely resistant and will not tap too soon.

Never skip an opportunity to match against this guy! Off the mats he’s a super chill dude and very nice to chat with.

Met up with MKell while in Boston after several months of banter back and forth. First of all, he insisted he only weighs 210, but he looks so much bigger. Thick quads, arms, traps, basically everything on him is big. Because of his size, strength, and grappling experience, we established ahead of time that this was going to be a one-sided match. It was more like a 1/2 sided match because his strength was just so superior to mine. His bear hug is one of the strongest out there, but what really got me was how aggressive he was body boxing. The best moments of the match were the multiple times he put me out. Sleepers, head scissors, and triangle chokes, I drifted to sleep over and over again. Each one was so peaceful and he knew exactly where to apply pressure. After the match, we talked for a long time. He's got a great head on his shoulders, intelligent and just an overall great guy. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for a serious grappling challenge.

This is absolutely a beast on the mat and a sweetheart besides.
I learned a lot from him on my very first match and I’m super grateful and looking forward to meet again very soon for more matches.

Before my Portugal trip, I reached out to wrestlinaddict to see if we could meet. We kept in touch and sure enough we made it happen. He is very friendly, easy-going, and good company to have. Very good to chat with too.
We met in a park for a walk with lift-&-carry mixed in. He put me in the air several times from an uphill piggyback ride to a fireman’s carry with squats. His techniques are solid and he always kept it safe yet exciting!
I’m very glad our meetup worked out. Highly recommended, especially if you also enjoy being lifted!

Had a fun match with him. Easy to communicate with and plan a meet. He knows his training well. In addition to wrestling, he also taught me some tricks of trade. The first half was intense but then mellowed down to meet pace, was fun to put him in holds and squeeze. And summer heat added a lot more sweat to the match. It was an evening well spent.

I had the pleasure of meeting this fighter at Fight Club Berlin. He has a very positive charisma and is full of energy and eager to learn. We're beginners, and we had a very intense and enduring fight. He's very flexible, which works to his advantage. A highly recommended fighter. I look forward to many more fights with him.

I was happy to give Gearfighter a crash course in my favourite hold. It was easy to arrange a meeting at short notice and he is a super host. Plenty of cold drinks provided on a baking hot day - thank you ! I enjoyed seeing his vast collection of gear and wearing some for a strip match which I’ve never done before. Great fun!
