Well, it had been a fair old while coming but last weekend, I finally got to take on 007. (Love saying that.) He made the effort to fly in from Germany especially - otherwise I may have postponed as my shoulder injury (a little too much time in the gym) still hadn't quite healed, so I was apprehensive about wrestling, particularly given 007's size advantage. I must say, his extra height made taking him down to the mat more difficult and he's stronger than most I've faced, however once he was down, things were a bit smoother sailing. We had a triple threat bout along with benji123 for the guts of 2.5 hours in spite of the heat and I was certainly feeling the ache Sunday. He's certainly a fan of headlocks so watch out for those.

007 is a great guy, polite and engaging and of course I recommend him if you like a strong, tall oppo who isn't afraid to bring it to you. Cheers buddy!

Strong fighter, strong body and strong muscles! It was a really nice afternoon sharing holds on each other, worship muscles and trying to have a competitive match! Be aware of his legs, his scissors are deadly!! Also good abs, pecs and biceps of steel!

Had an awesome time throwing down with tcr83. He was a great host and was able to set up a space that worked for two guys over 6'2" which can be difficult. Had a very spirited match and am excited to hopefully keep him as a regular training buddy. At this time he needs more opportunities to practice and gain experience, but he has the strength and size to be a big problem for opponents in the future.

Like a real man from Seattle, this strong fighter says like the Nirvana song: come as you are!! And we had a amazing fight, hard like a grunge dude does. We love feet skills, so many times at the Match we were with soles on ours faces. Hes a goodfella before, during and after the combat. Lets rock many times!

Met up with Speedo today - what a great friendly guy who really knows his stuff as far as wrestling is concerned.
He was happy to gage my experience and we had some grappling sessions. Strength-wise I think we were quite even - though he did prove experience and technique won out each time. I certainly hope for another meeting and rematch.

A pleasant and polite chap with arms that are no strangers to weights. Ray is a britpro fan with enthusiasm for the sport. Once he has picked up some moves he will be a force to be reckoned with. We had a good sweaty rollaround, but it was cut short by work commitments. I hope we get longer next time. Thanks for coming!

this recommendation is long overdue i think, i miss out some recommendations for others, but tapout is a real deal on the mats. he has arsenal of holds of some i thought will be easy to get out from but apparently not when you are at the receiving end, i do hope to meet up again soon and this time i should be more resilient, highly recommended to take him on
