Recommendations

Finally got to wrestle this guy. He had a strong and defined body and is a very good wrestler who never lets down his guard. I just wished he lived in the UK so we could wrestle more often. A hearty recommendation from me for this great guy.

On a hot and humid evening in Brighton I met Tanker for a wrestle in his "compact" hotel room on the sixth floor. Needless to say we worked up a good sweat. I was outclassed in weight and experience: Tanker knew exactly where to place his centre of gravity to make sure I was going nowhere... AND he knew how to crank up the pain to ensure a few submissions. Nevertheless I was able to crank on a headlock to get one point back...

Tanker is good company, and we had an enjoyable pint before and after the match. I would recommend meeting him, but I know I'm gonna feel it in the morning.

I had a great wrestle despite the size difference. I would certainly recommend.

It was a pleasure to meet tapout. He is a skilled and tough wrestler as well as an interesting and high spirited person. You will enjoy his company on and off the matts. He was very poular and welcome at my bjj class. What else? Hope to meet him soon and needless to say I recommend him to everybody who wishes a competitive and safe wrestling.

Waterrescue ist ein total netter Kerl, mit dem es Spass macht sich zu unterhalten. Auf der Matte wird er dann zur Kampfmaschine aber immer fair und nicht brutal. Er ist sehr kräftig und sehr ausdauernd. Wir haben lange gefightet, war toll. Ich hoffe wir treffen uns bald wieder. Der Kerl ist sehr zu empfehlen.

John's a lovely guy with lots of promise. If he learns not to hold back so much and relax I'm sure he'll get in to the swing of things. Definitely some raw strength that once tamed could make him a powerful opponent in future. Would happily meet again and see how he's developed.

Although one of the nicest guys around, he''s tough, strong and a beast. Tried making a dent in that muscled armour, but he just keeps coming. Look forward to our eventual rematch.

To revenge his Anaconda, I had to use arm bars and locks because the famous triangle did not work ;-)

After having passed the selection process on his private mats successfully, he took me to his gym to join the submission wrestling training with an awesome group of fighters! Thanks a lot for that!

Tall, fit guy who is developing his wrestling skills - stay away from his choke holds! Really nice guy off the mats.
