Despite the considerable weight difference, this wrestler was content to meet me! It was easy to fix the date and time. He showed up, and I was not disappointed! His skill on the mats and his native strength made for an excellent session of give and take. He is a GREAT technician and dished out the punishment! Off the mats he is fun, a good conversationalist and great to be with. If you get a challenge or if you see hes in your neck of the woods...GO FOR IT! this is one hot wrestler!! 100% recommended! I had a very nice erotic fight with this muscular guy. No real fighting but very nice encounter for those fighters who like the close body to body contact while exchanging holds.

Nice guy off the mat. Tough guy on the mat. Tall and length is a challenge. Definitely take the chance to schedule a match and wrestle.

Normally don't take on bigger guys, but took a chance and glad I did. Great guy on and off the mats. Worked up a good sweat. Look forward to the next match and pulling out the mma gloves.

Had a great, stupidly sweaty wrestle with Scrapmerchant 1 at Hackney (wrestling really is getting tricky now summer's here!). He's a well-named bloke and loves a brawl, but he's completely safe and sane and absolutely respected my requirement for no punching (and kindly did the majority of the bleeding). Not that that did me any good though, because he might claim to be a fighter who only knows a few wrestling submissions, but that was plenty for Scrapmerchant 1 to wipe the floor with me! I did spend some time on top of him (I am a fair bit taller and heavier) but his defence and strength were way too good for my one-dimensional attack, and the skilled reversal therefore always came, and usually resulted in a submission. Ah well. Definitely a wrestler to benchmark progress against (assuming I ever make any!) as he was kind enough to offer a rematch, and who wouldn't want another match with a gentlemanly guy this strong, skilled, in-shape and fun? (And, erm, sweaty?)
