Recommendations

We didn't really wrestle much, more just lift & carry and arm wrestling. Don't let his size or mild-mannered demeanor fool you! He's amazingly strong for his size. If he gets under you he'll pick you up and carry you around. Your weight won't matter! (he lifted me at 250 pounds). He also doesn't seem to tire! Not to mention putting me through the table arm wrestling.
He's also an intelligent person to converse with, a super nice guy and has become a good friend. Can't wait to meet him again!

As I suspected I had my work cut out with Andy in the ring at Rochdale. He is no pushover and although he is a newcomer to the sport he is as good as many guys with far more experience. He took control early on and I thought I would never get a sub on him. Even my tried and tested leglocks would not get him to submit. Eventually I managed to even the score and we both came away exhausted and exhilerated. Luckily we live fairly close to each other so I expect many more battles will ensue in the future.

First rate grappler - on time, hygienic,skilled and ready to roll. Appears to be wearing my favourite singlet!

fit,trained, pleasant jiu-jitsu NYC guy whom I have had the pleasure to fight many times...tough as nails in a bout, sweet guy off the mats. Let him rip your arms off then enlighten you on Doc Who plotlines.

He very much enjoys what it says on the can but don't under-estimate his abilities to turn the tables on you. Reliable, hygienic and a fun opponent he makes for a fun bout. Highly recommended.

Great to get on the mats in Rochdale with this guy. I got ahead to begin with but he was soon coming back using those legs as his name suggests. It's not just his scissors but lots of intricate leg locks too! He's a patient guy, using his skill to wait for his moment, so we had some long grapples between subs. Great bout and a good guy to chat to while we weren't tangled up! Can't wait for round 2 and a definite recommend to all.

A great guy and he really knows how to execute his holds. He put me through so many but his boston is fantastic. I'd definitely meet up again am recommending him to guys out there whether you're novices or experienced. You're sure of a safe and fun time before, during and after.

I had a great experience with mlutteur when he recently hosted me for some submission wrestling. He is a strong and knowledgable wrestler as well as a good teacher and a great host. I highly recommend and look forward to wrestling mlutteur again!
