Recommendations

After our match on 21 June, these 3 words capture my experience of my match with Delta 1717: Gratitude, Respect, and Awe.

Gratitude: (1) That he carved an hour out of his very packed work schedule to travel to my hotel in Dublin for a match, (2) that he did not completely decimate me with his far superior size and strength, and (3) that we lacked mats and floor space and had to confine our match to the king bed, which helped ease the take downs that could have been brutal on mats :-)

Respect: For his commitment to authentic competition, continuous learning and improvement, clear boundaries and communication, and being true to himself and his personal journey.

AWE: For his phenomenal physique - which did not happen by chance. It is difficult to pack on that kind of muscle on a tall frame. He is an absolute wall of muscle perfectly proportioned over every inch of his incredible body, and I am certain would prevail in physique contests. I am also in awe that I was able to restrain, however briefly, one of his massive arms, and to come back to challenge him again and again during our 45 minute match.

Of all the excellent fighters in the Dublin area, my highest hope was to go up hard against Delta1717. and our match was truly the pinnacle of my trip. I look forward to continuing to follow him as he racks up conquests across the globe and dream of a rematch one day. Very best wishes to you my friend in sport and in life.

I highly recommend Bill. He is very fun to wrestle. He will go out of his way to accommodate and he is really a nice person in and out of the ring. He is prompt and cares about giving your interests. He is a huge old pro wrestling nerd and likes to wear hot gear from his collection. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Synxiec after he was recommended by a buddy. It was easy setting up a match with him and communicated his plans for our meeting, which I appreciated. He's a nice, fun guy and easy to talk with. We chatted for a minute before our match, getting to know each other a bit, and then got to it. Our match was a blast. Lots of jokes and laughing mixed in with hot, sweaty holds. Definitely won't miss a chance to roll with this hot guy the next time I get a chance. I highly recommend meeting up with Synxiec if you have the opportunity. You'll have a great time.

MrClevelandSir is a great host and a great guide for a new wrestler. Helpful, intelligent, and respectful when needed, but mean in all the right ways too. He made my first jobber experience a very good one!

I first wrote to Berner after reading Chinito’s review, back when he didn’t even have an avatar, so you can imagine my surprise when I found myself in front of such a good looking, smart, funny guy with a heart of gold and a bit of a nerdy side like mine (don’t make the mistake of thinking you can beat him at Mario Kart)

We’ve wrestled a few times over the past months: my advantage in strength and experience makes it easy to control him, but he really puts his heart into it. Just like me, he doesn’t know how to hold back and goes all in until he’s completely spent. His swimming background makes him strong enough to be a challenge.
He’s very open minded on trying new things (even more than I am), which makes him a lot of fun. Lately I’ve been giving him a few tips on grappling and trying to bring out his dom side :)

When he gets too tired to keep going, we end up having great conversations, once we even watched cartoons at 3am. He’s always a blast, super recommended!

Ho scritto a Berner convinto dalla recensione di Chinito quando non aveva nemmeno un avatar, quindi potete immaginarvi la mia sorpresa nel ritrovarmi davanti un così bel ragazzo, sveglio, simpatico, dal cuore d'oro e un po' nerd come me (non fate l'errore di pensare di batterlo a Mario Kart)

Abbiamo lottato un po' negli ultimi mesi: il mio vantaggio di forza e di esperienza mi permette di controllarlo facilmente, ma lui davvero ci mette l'anima, come me non ha mezze misure fino a sfiancarsi completamente, e il suo passato da nuotatore lo rende abbastanza forte da essere una sfida.
E' molto aperto a provare qualsiasi cosa (anche più di me) il che lo rende molto divertente, ultimamente sto provando a dargli qualche dritta sul grappling e tirare fuori il suo lato dom :)

Quando si stanca troppo per continuare, finiamo per avere un sacco di belle conversazioni, una volta abbiamo anche visto i cartoni animati alle 3 di notte ahah è sempre uno spasso incontrarlo, raccomandatissimo!

My match with Alpha (and another fighter) was a gutpunching/boxing endurance match that is still one of the hottest I've ever had. The two men passed me between them, one holding me from behind while the other gutpunched me. Blow after blow Alphafighter84 would keep his eyes locked with me while I struggled while restrained with my arms held behind me, or over my head, keeping up the abuse until I buckled. Sometimes they would let me drop, sometimes the assault kept going as the other just held me up. My body was sore for a week after, and totally worth it.
He respects all limits and is charming as hell.
Recommended.

I had a great fight with adidas sporty at the Wrestlefest in Berlin. We had much fun on the mat :-P
I hope next time we can fight again.

This was a match long in coming. After talking for a while now, MATTZ4FUN and I were able to meet and tussle. And what an experience this was! MATTZ has a habit of underselling his skill set and expertise. He is a master of observation and action, waiting for opportunities to challenge and subdue his opponents. While strong and highly skilled, MATTZ is also respectful of his opponents' experience and skills. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe, as MATTZ takes great care to provide his opponents with wrestling experiences that are fun and educational, too. Several of our rounds were long and challenging, with him winning most (I got one tap, which I will gladly take!). Our match was well-paced and strategic. MATTZ is also a gracious host, having me over for our match AND also taking me to a favorite sushi spot in LA. Conversation was constant and easy with MATTZ, and I hope after this, we are able to meet again! MATTZ is a man who needs no further accolades, but deserves them!

The meeting was more than awesome. We had a very intensive wrestling match. We tried different submission holds on each other very carefully. Despite him being bigger than me I managed to make him submit a few times. Awesome meeting. I am eager to do it again. He has lots of skills and strength.
