Well what can I say except what a great guy. Mike is a great opponent, he has the defensive skills and knows how to use them but in a friendly not aggressive way. Had such fun with him on and off the mats. This guy I thoroughly recommend.

I really enjoyed meeting this guy. He was easy to arrange, turned up at the time agreed and we had a great session of pinning and exchanging holds and pushing limits .. Hope to meet again..
