On the mats he demonstrated his strength by lifting me in all sorts of holds and grappling with me, being mindful of my recent shoulder injury. As this man acquires more technique, he will become unbeatable. Off the mats, he is a kind and well spoken man with a vast experience in weightlifting. 100% recommend this sane, safe and very fun fighter!
