Cracking match with Novice1963. Novice? Hah! He’s a tough, determined wrestler, fit and muscled, and when he clamps those holds on you, you know about it. Really good competitive match, even though he was giving me weight, plus some fun training ground moves. Thanks for hosting on jigsaw mats. Great session.
Another great wrestle meet with Novice1963, who has put in some serious gym time since we met last year. He’s a lot stronger, with a built upper body and a wider repertoire of holds. ‘Novice’ no longer, if he ever was. Really good way to spend an afternoon. Thanks very much for hosting on the mats.

I’m ashamed to say I forgot to write the glowing recommendation I had planned to after our match (I’m going to blame the piledrivers that were expertly delivered). But I’m writing it now!
JC is an incredibly professional, safe, enjoyable and strong wrestler. He was one of my first matches in a ring, and he skilfully balanced maintaining an intimidating and powerful persona with creating an environment in which I felt incredibly safe. I cannot recommend him high enough, and strongly encourage anyone to take the opportunity to meet with him if the opportunity arises.

Joey is a sweet gentleman and menace as a fighter. Worked with some pads and did some sparring. He has a hard right! Very nice to talk to and sweet. Not to mention cute too.
