THE best experience of my time in Vietnam was getting to meet this man! He is gentle, a little shy, but definitely self-possessed and quite articulate, even in expressing what he thinks he doesn't know about the sport. But underneath that facade lies the heart of a tiger with strength that can surprise you and definitely catch you off guard. His legs, for example, are rock solid! Though he admits to like being a jobber, don’t think you will be in for a cake-walk! I cannot say it strongly enough- if you are ever in Ho Chi Minh City, he is a MUST meet for your schedule!

This guy is a beast! Don’t let his name fool you! He really does BOX 🥊! If you want to punch him out you have to earn it! We sparred some rounds & talked about his other passion pro wrestling. 10/10 first class guy!

It took a bit of time to meet, but he was genuine and considerate on making it work, and that he wanted to match up.

We met over the fest, and I originally had in my mind some more long held holds to compensate for being worn out, but uh, the best way to describe our opening was ravenous.

He's a delightfully ravenous man. Keeping things safe, checking in, putting up with my constant bad jokes and keeping the sweat flowing for both of us.

I had the added treat of a dinner after and many more laughs once we had on more clothes, but it was just an outstanding time. His genuine love of wrestling and making things work is worthy of praise and I'm glad I got to experience what all those poor guys get on the videos too:
