Roger was lots of fun. We practiced body boxing, kickboxing and wrestling with body punches. This guy hits and kicks hard. We kept it safe and sane. It is all about having fun.

Super strong and experienced fighter. Great host as well. Would love to fight this guy again after I do some formal bjj training!

After far too long a wait, I finally got a chance to meet up with Freestyle for an epic battle. We both LOVE pins, especially grapevines, our signature holds, so this was a must-have battle for me.

Freestyle keeps fighting until there is nothing left in the gas tank. This kid keeps going and going. There were so many times when I thought I’d finally broken him, but he kept coming back for more. I spent a ton of energy trying to wear him down finally.

We had some long and hard matches before the battle was won.

Freestyle had great gear ready to go as soon as the fight began. The man knows a good singlet and has a great collection of gear to prove it. Off the mats, he is so relaxed and chill—we had some great conversations in between matches, which was a plus.

It was great meeting another lightweight grappler, and this match did not disappoint at all. Freestyle is a great guy and grappler and not to be missed!
